The amount of protein you need is worked out by your current BMI. Most people do not eat enough lean meat,dairy and plant protein in their diets.
Add in protein snacks and start the day with a protein breakfast like an omelette or a yummy quick Formula 1 shake. This will keep you fuller for longer, increase your metabolism and help tone your body! Never cut out carbs...Eat low GI carbs with every eve meal!
I used to only eat around 40g of protein a day and my body requires 80g! I now feel like I have more energy, sleep better and just full..never hungry! Not to mention the changes in my figure!
