Homemade Vegan white bread
Due to allergies in our house to egg and milk products I decided to bake a loaf of bread for the family.
It was surprisingly yummy and includes almonds milk and oil (I used Olive oil) instead of egg, butter and cows milk.
Here's the recipe I used http://dairyfreecooking.about.com/od/breadsbakery/r/whitebread.htm

Detox Green Goddess Soup Recipe
Day 1
Breakfast: Cleanse Smoothie
Snack on blueberries and nuts
Lunch: Spinach, Rocket, Watercress, Radish and mixed bean salad
Dinner: the below Green Detox soup
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons diced onion
1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
4 cups fresh broccoli, cut up
1/2 pound of fresh spinach leaves
3 parsnips, peeled, cored, chopped
2 ribs of celery, trimmed, chopped
A handful of fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Fresh water, as needed
Sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
Lemon or lime juice
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons diced onion
1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
4 cups fresh broccoli, cut up
1/2 pound of fresh spinach leaves
3 parsnips, peeled, cored, chopped
2 ribs of celery, trimmed, chopped
A handful of fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Fresh water, as needed
Sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
Lemon or lime juice
Using a large soup pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and stir in the garlic, onion, and ginger to season the oil. Add the broccoli, spinach, parsnips, celery and parsley, and stir a bit until the spinach wilts and collapses. Add just enough water to cover the vegetables. Remember the spinach will cook down quite a bit, so don't add too much water at first. You can always thin the soup later, if you need to.
Bring to a high simmer, cover the pot, and reduce the heat to a medium simmer. Cook for fifteen minutes or so until the veggies are softened.
Use a blender
to puree the soup. Squeeze the lime juice to taste and mix.

Cleansing smoothie recipe
Make this smoothie fresh on the morning of Day 1 of your 3 day cleanse and detox
1 organic apple with peeling, cored (Wash away harmful toxins in the body)
Juice of 1 lemon (This citrus fruit helps boosts the digestive tract)
1 cup kale (Chlorophyll kick starts the digestive tract by ridding the body of pesticides and environmental toxins)
1 stalk or rib of celery...depending where you live. (Thought to be a great blood cleanser)
1/3 cup flat leaf parsley or cilantro (Thought to help rid the body of mercury and other harmful minerals)
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds or chia seeds (Great source of Omega-3's and ridding the body of
harmful toxins)

1 1/4 cups chilled water
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until thin and smooth.
